Why does mine look slightly different?
Because it is. Every charm is poured by hand, so the gradient, swirl, and tiny imperfections are unique to yours — that's the point.
Is the resin durable?
Very. The gloss coat resists scratches and yellowing. Just keep it out of prolonged direct heat and it'll stay clear for years.
Does it really glow?
It glows in the sense that the translucent tint catches and refracts light — soft and luminous. It isn't glow-in-the-dark (though that edition is in the works).
Can I get a custom tint?
Custom small-batch tints are available for orders of 10+. Reach out via support and we'll mix something dreamy.
Returns?
30-day returns on unused charms, and we'll replace anything that arrives damaged, no questions asked.
